I’ve never been much for randomly providing written references for vendors. Don’t get me wrong, if you call me looking for a reference, I’ll candidly let you know what I think of the product or service. I figure I pay our vendors to do a job, and if they do it, we have both met our obligations (Rarely do I feel we have that magical vendor/business partner relationship that is the Holy Grail in business). So, the following testimony from me is unusual.
If you are looking for a new CRM solution, I strongly suggest you look at Rolldog software. We have come to view Rolldog as a true strategic advantage within our sales group.
After realizing our legacy CRM was just not meeting our needs, we began a search process for a new CRM. Initially, we contacted the usual suspects. One vendor told us we were too small to qualify. Another was happy to work with us, but installation costs from their third party partners would be 4 to 5 times the cost of the software itself. We seemed to be in the dreaded reverse Goldilocks software solution marketplace, unable to find the “just right” solution.
Luckily, we were told about a new player in the CRM software space, Rolldog Ltd. software, a company offering a product that far exceeded our expectations. Rolldog not only handles our past CRM requirements but also uses AI to help our salespeople and managers better objectively evaluate sales opportunities – all at an affordable price.
