Data privacy is important to Rolldog. This document outlines the type of data Rolldog collects, and how we use it. Data Collected by Rolldog Rolldog receives data from our customers directly as part of providing the Rolldog service through both https://www.rolldog.com/, and https://app.rolldog.com/. This can be personal data that is required to use the service (for example, an email address). Providing this personal data is optional, but failure to provide the information may mean that the service cannot be provided.

Rolldog also collects some data automatically. For example, Rolldog uses cookies and collects information like IP addresses and email addresses to monitor the state of the Rolldog service. We may also collect data when you:

How we use data

Rolldog uses the data we collect to:

  • Provide the Rolldog service
  • Monitor and improve the Rolldog service
  • Inform users of updates and additional offers

Rolldog does not share your data, except when necessary to provide services or applications from third-party service providers. When using the Rolldog Gmail add-on, the add-on requires permission to Manage drafts and send emails, View your email messages and settings, View you email metadata when the add-on is running, Run as a Gmail add-on, and Manage drafts and send emails when you interact with the add-on. When the Rolldog add-on is running, these permissions allow the add-on to send details about the email you’re currently viewing or writing to Rolldog. We will create an Activity in Rolldog corresponding to the email, and will save details of the current email you’re viewing or writing, including the date, the subject line, and the email body.
